Requirements

High school graduate
ELEC/MECH Engineering, drawing and BOM
Manufacturing process, equipment, routing
Multiple task management and project management
Problem solving skills or lean six sigma

Responsibilities

Assemble and wire elevator fixtures as directed.
To be familiar with the various standard components which are used in the assembly and wiring functions.
To be able to perform assembly and wiring duties from details provided on Engineering drawings, PDF files and wiring charts.
Each wireman is to examine his/her own finished work to ascertain that it has been assembled and wired according to all the direction provided.
When moving completed jobs to next operation such as testing, shipping or final inspection make sure it has been assembled and wired according to all the directions provided.
To maintain his/her own work area in a clean and safe professional condition.
To maintain company-provided tools in safe condition, secure such tools in a lockable toolbox provided for that purpose.
To perform all assembly and wiring work in an efficient, professional manner.
To meet company Quality standards in all work.
To maintain an acceptable level of productivity.
Follow all company Safety rules and regulations.
To be capable of reading, receiving instructions and communicating in English.
