Fabricates and solders components on circuit cards and sub-assemblies for electrical equipment. Fabricates wiring harnesses including connector pinning, de-pinning, and applying mounting hardware. Builds lower-level assemblies into single or multi-bay cabinet assemblies for delivery to Engineering or Manufacturing Production areas. Interprets blueprints, schematics, and engineering guides to fabricate electrical equipment. Collaborates with Engineers, Fabricators, Draftsmen, Procurement, and Quality Inspectors in a team environment. Solders components in accordance with MIL STD requirements for harness and solder capability. Utilizes software tools and Microsoft products for documentation and communication. Communicates fabrication issues (verbal and written) with design and process requirements to management and engineers. Performs fabrication tasks with minimal supervision based on engineering documentation. Supports occasional overtime as required for fabrication and assembly tasks.
