About The Position

Moeller Precision Tool is seeking an experienced Wire EDM Operator to join our night shift team. Earn $24-$29/hr plus a Night Shift Premium and weekly overtime while working in a clean, climate-controlled precision machining environment. You'll work with advanced Wire EDM equipment producing high-precision tooling components for global industries. Requirements

• 2+ years of Wire EDM or related machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Experience holding tight tolerances on precision components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with tool steel strongly preferred.
• Experience with Mitsubishi, Makino, Fanuc, or similar Wire EDM equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Wire EDM machines.
• Load material and fixtures for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances.
• Perform machine offsets and make program adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and production requirements.
• Work with tool steel and hardened materials.
