Shift Hours (includes 20 min paid lunch; Monday-Friday workweek) 1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am "We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $20.00-$26.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.”
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of Wire EDM experience required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Must have basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection equipment and techniques
- Basic shop math skills required
- Working knowledge of reading basic blueprints and/or operation sheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with small precision parts
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate wire shell tip machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished shell tips for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on machines
- Maintain proper documentation of production counts, scrap, and downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Coordinate with team members and supervisor to meet production targets
- Report any equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns promptly
- Performs other functions as required.
