About The Position

The Winter Golf Simulator Associate plays an important role in delivering a best-in-class experience for members and guests utilizing The Club at Strawberry Creek’s two TrackMan Golf Simulators during the winter months. This position is centered around hospitality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, attentive, and comfortable with technology while serving as a great host throughout each member’s simulator experience. Responsibilities include preparing the simulators, assisting members with TrackMan software, retrieving golf bags from storage, ensuring accurate billing, and anticipating member needs throughout their visit. This position has the opportunity to begin immediately, assisting with general Golf Operations through the remainder of the 2026 golf season before transitioning primarily to simulator operations during the winter. Once outdoor golf operations resume, this position may transition back into a general Golf Operations role for the 2027 golf season. The TrackMan Simulators allow Strawberry Creek to continue providing an exceptional golf experience throughout the winter months. This position helps ensure that every simulator reservation feels organized, welcoming, personalized, and professionally managed. By combining knowledge of golf and technology with outstanding hospitality, the Winter Golf Simulator Associate helps create an experience that keeps our members engaged with the Club throughout the entire year.
