About The Position

PROCARE Landscape is hiring a seasonal Winter Equipment Operator to clear snow at commercial and municipal sites. The operator uses loaders, skid steers, or tractors to remove and relocate snow, responding to snow events during the day or night, including snow or sleet. The role works with site supervisors and snow teams to follow efficient clearing routes and includes pre- and post-operation equipment inspections. The job is based at 1505 Steele Ave SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49507. It requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience operating a front-end loader or tractor.
Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and skillfully in tough winter conditions.
Valid chauffeur's driver's license; a CDL is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliability and punctuality in all weather conditions.
