About The Position

Rise Up Restaurants is seeking an experienced Wingstop General Manager who is passionate about training and developing future leaders, and running a great restaurant. This role involves leading a high-performing Wingstop while actively training new managers and overseeing the region's inventory closet, uniforms, training materials, and operational supplies. The ideal candidate is a strong restaurant leader with a passion for people development.

Requirements

Proven restaurant management experience
A passion for training and developing people
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organization and inventory management skills
Knowledge of P&L, labor, food cost, and restaurant operations
A leader who takes ownership, holds high standards, and leads by example

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of a successful Wingstop restaurant
Train, coach, and develop new managers
Provide hands-on training, feedback, and leadership development
Partner with Area Coaches to ensure consistent training standards
Maintain a restaurant that represents what great Wingstop operations should look like
Oversee the region's inventory closet, including organization, inventory counts, distribution, and replenishment
Maintain uniforms, training materials, and operational supplies
Develop your team while driving sales, guest satisfaction, food quality, labor, and profitability
