About The Position
Global Solutions International is seeking a Wing Scheduler to provide unit-level, long-range scheduling support to an AFGSC bomber Operations Group as an optional CME line under the BSOS task order. Unlike squadron-level schedulers, this role focuses on wing-wide mission planning rather than individual aircrew requirements.
Requirements
- Secret clearance, active or previously held (expired, not revoked)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program
- U.S. citizenship required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience supporting wing-level or group-level scheduling rather than solely squadron-level scheduling
- Experience aligning scheduling with agile combat employment or tanker prioritization frameworks
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system, including prioritization of tankers and agile combat employment operations
- Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with organizational objectives
- Ensure optimization of resources and strategic alignment with tenant units such as AFRC and ANG and broader AFGSC goals
- Analyze historical mission data to enhance future planning and generate detailed reports for Operations Group leadership
- Provide training to Operations Group personnel on the long-range scheduling system and facilitate knowledge transfer
