Responsibilities
- Provide stocking and merchandising support for the Wine & Spirits Department.
- Ensure quality customer service by answering questions about products, directing customers, and assisting with product location.
- Perform aisle stocking and display building and maintenance, ensuring careful handling of product, proper placement, and rotation.
- Perform cutting and sorting of wine & spirit stock loads, handling product properly and sorting stock by aisle.
- Maintain production counts by pallets and/or cases.
- Perform clean-up of sales floor and backroom, including cardboard compaction, pallet stacking, spill cleanup, and proper disposal of materials.
- Answer and respond to department phone calls.
- Assist clerks with price checks and product replacement.
- Follow all store and department policies and procedures.
