Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT-related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • 15+ years Required technical skills: Experience with Windows systems engineering and administration, including:· MSSQL databases Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) VM clusters Hyper-V Data Protection Manager PowerShell scripting
  • Demonstrated experience with Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes to accredit security-controlled systems.
  • Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Server 2016, Server 2019, Server 2022).
  • Windows desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11).
  • Microsoft Group Policy Management (for managing settings across multiple machines).
  • Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) (for managing updates).
  • Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring, supporting, and deploying Windows operating systems, as well as ensuring their security and performance.
  • Work with both physical and virtual servers, and be responsible for tasks like virus updates, patches, and performance tuning.
