We are currently seeking a Windows Systems Administration - SECRET Clearance to join our team in Newport News, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows system administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in VMware
Minimum 2 years of experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere
Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
CompTIA Security +, equivalent or higher
Operating Systems certification within 90 days of start
Active DOD Secret (SSBI) T5 clearance eligible.

Nice To Haves

Undergraduate/bachelor degree
Experience with Horizon View is preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain, upgrade, and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and enterprise workstations.
Deploy, configure, and optimize VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter solutions.
Support VDI environments, manage virtual desktop configurations, and ensure seamless end-user experience.
Implement system hardening, patch management, and access controls per organizational standards.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving system/network issues efficiently.
Monitor system health, implement automation, and fine-tune configurations to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
