About The Position

We are seeking a Windows Kernel Driver Engineer to develop, test, and sustain Windows kernel mode and user mode drivers and system services. This role involves debugging complex hardware/firmware/OS interactions, driving quality, validation, and release readiness (HLK, LKG, PST), and adding telemetry and diagnostics for fast, remote issue resolution. The engineer will collaborate with hardware, firmware, IHVs, and internal Windows teams.

Requirements

  • Professional experience with Windows drivers or system software
  • Proven kernel debugging and dump analysis
  • Experience supporting release quality or validation
  • Comfortable working across hardware and firmware boundaries
  • Strong collaboration and ownership mindset
  • C/C++ programming
  • Experience with tool ecosystems like Git
  • Experience with common low-level debug ecosystems
