About The Position

NationMind LLC is seeking a skilled Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team. This role is responsible for remediating Windows OS and Windows application software vulnerabilities by removing, patching, or upgrading Windows software as directed. The position requires strong Windows OS administration skills, the ability to manage applications, and experience with various Microsoft software components. Automation through PowerShell scripting is essential for frequent patching activities. Experience with automation tools like Ansible or BladeLogic is preferred, as is experience with OpenShift containers. Specialist skills in Python and AI, including Agentic AI, CoPilot studio, Prompt Engineering, Agent design, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Claude MCP, are also valuable. Prior experience at Bank of America is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Windows OS administration skills (managing Microsoft software).
• Ability to install, upgrade, and remove applications, ODBC drivers, etc.
• Some programming and/or scripting using Powershell is required.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and patching other third-party vendor software is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, OData Source for SQL Server, SQL Server Client Tools, SQL Server System CLR Types, and other Microsoft software components.
• Experience with Ansible, BladeLogic, or other automation tools.
• Experience creating and deploying applications in OpenShift containers.
• Specialist skill sets include Python and AI skills including Agentic AI, CoPilot studio, Prompt Engineering, Agent design, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Claude MCP.
• Prior experience at Bank of America.

Responsibilities

• Remediating Windows OS and Windows application software vulnerabilities by removing, patching, or upgrading Windows software as directed.
• Installing, upgrading, and removing applications, ODBC drivers, etc.
• Patching third-party vendor software.
• Automating patching activities using Powershell scripting to operate at scale and on a frequent basis.
• Creating and deploying applications in OpenShift containers (plus).
