About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Windows Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer to support highly technical, mission-focused work in Chantilly, Virginia. This is a full-time, onsite position with all work performed in a SCIF environment. The ideal candidate will have professional software development experience and demonstrated expertise developing, testing, debugging, and diagnosing software at the Windows kernel and operating system level. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Windows low-level systems development and experience with C, C++, and Python. Experience with Rust is desired but not required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience using C, C++, and Python.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing and testing Windows kernel-level software.
  • 3+ years of experience performing Windows kernel-level debugging and diagnostics using WinDBG, Windows DDK/WDK, or equivalent Windows debugging and diagnostic tools.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated, in-depth experience developing, testing, and debugging software for the Windows operating system using Visual Studio IDE and the Windows SDK.
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Windows low-level systems development, architecture, and APIs.
  • Strong software troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time onsite in a SCIF in Chantilly, VA.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP). Candidates with an active TS/SCI who do not currently hold an FSP may be considered if willing and able to obtain one.
  • Software development experience using Rust.
  • Experience supporting CNO, cyber operations, or other specialized mission environments.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, testing, debugging, and diagnosing software at the Windows kernel and operating system level.
  • Developing, testing, and debugging software for the Windows operating system using Visual Studio IDE and the Windows SDK.

  • Working independently and collaboratively within a highly technical development team.
