About The Position
A large healthcare organization is seeking 2 Windows 11 Deployment Technicians to support an enterprise-wide device migration initiative. Consultants will begin at the organization's main hospital in Center City Philadelphia before deploying systems across 50+ locations throughout the tri-state area. Reliable transportation is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided for travel to and from the main site.
Requirements
- Previous deployment experience required
- Windows 11 deployment experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Intune highly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices
- Support hardware refreshes, workstation installations, and user migrations
- Utilize deployment tools, including Microsoft Intune
- Provide technical support and resolve deployment-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
