About The Position

Shell Point is seeking a dependable Window Washer to clean interior and exterior windows throughout the community while delivering exceptional service to residents. This role includes cleaning window frames, tracks, and sliding glass doors, safely using equipment and lifts, and assisting with general housekeeping duties during inclement weather.

Requirements

• Dependable
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
