Requirements

Previous window washing, janitorial, commercial cleaning, or detailing experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and stay on task.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday.
Ability to safely use ladders or other approved equipment when necessary.
Available to work full time Monday through Friday.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must take pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all interior and exterior windows throughout the dealerships and collision center.
Clean office doors, entry doors, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
Keep showroom glass and other customer-facing glass areas spotless and streak-free.
Clean glass partitions, display areas, and other glass fixtures as needed.
Wipe down and clean door glass, door frames, handles, and surrounding areas.
Regularly inspect the dealership for fingerprints, smudges, dust, water spots, and other marks.
Maintain consistently clean glass throughout the day—not just during scheduled cleaning times.
Re-clean high-traffic areas as necessary.
Use cleaning products, equipment, and tools safely and properly.
Maintain a clean and organized supply area.
Notify management when cleaning supplies or equipment need to be replaced.
Follow dealership safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist with other general cleaning duties as needed.
