About The Position
Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking an experienced Window Tint Technician to join their Service team. The role involves applying high-quality window tint to customer and dealership vehicles, ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- At least 1 year of automotive window tint experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Apply window tint to customer and dealership vehicles according to company standards and customer preferences
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining attention to detail
- Operate customer and company vehicles safely and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Properly maintain tinting tools, materials, and equipment
- Work collaboratively with the Service team to meet departmental goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
