Requirements

Proven, professional background in exterior cleaning (must have hands-on experience with commercial pressure washing, soft washing, and professional window cleaning techniques).
Absolute comfort and experience handling ladders up to 32 feet safely and independently.
Ability to handle physical outdoor work in various weather conditions and move heavy equipment daily.
Reliability and punctuality; must show up on time, every day, ready to work.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
High standards for work quality and efficiency, with an ability to hit production goals.

Responsibilities

Provide flawless interior and exterior window cleaning (including traditional squeegee and water-fed pole work) for residential and commercial properties.
Operate commercial-grade pressure washers and specialized soft-wash systems to safely clean siding, roofs, driveways, and decks.
Clear, flush, and inspect gutter systems safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean, organized trucks and ensure all specialized tools (ladders, pumps, hoses) are properly cared for.
Represent Window Hero Atlanta professionally on-site, communicating clearly with property owners and ensuring total job satisfaction.
