We also manufacture some products including trusses, cabinets, doors, and granite countertops. Requirements

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to work productively as a part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Screen installation
Patio door adjustment
Glass and window measurement for replacement
Balance adjustments
Repair and rebuild screens
Other minor repairs
Assist in maintaining and organizing tools and equipment.
Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace and vehicle
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with both fellow employee owners and customers
Address basic inquiries from builders and homeowners
Participate in developing and implementing LEAN initiatives
Clearly documenting services performed
