Along with providing materials, we install a wide range of products including framing, overhead doors, insulation, gutters, siding, and more. We also manufacture some products including trusses, cabinets, doors, and granite countertops. Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work productively as a part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Screen installation
  • Patio door adjustment
  • Glass and window measurement for replacement
  • Balance adjustments
  • Repair and rebuild screens
  • Other minor repairs
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing tools and equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace and vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with both fellow employee owners and customers
  • Address basic inquiries from builders and homeowners
  • Participate in developing and implementing LEAN initiatives
  • Clearly documenting services performed
