About The Position

Are you hands‑on, customer‑focused, and great at solving problems on the spot? Pella is looking for a Service Technician to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to homeowners and contractors by servicing our industry‑leading windows and doors. What You’ll Do As a Pella Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our brand in the field. Your day‑to‑day work will include: Completing service visits to inspect, diagnose, and repair Pella products Installing replacement components (glass, sashes, screens, blinds, etc.) Documenting service work and coordinating follow‑up when needed Educating customers on product use, care, and maintenance Maintaining your service vehicle and parts inventory Working closely with our internal service team to ensure seamless communication Delivering a customer experience that reflects Pella’s high standards Compensation & Benefits: The pay range for this role is $25 - $35/hr., with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
