About The Position

Premier Services Group (PSG) is seeking skilled window installers with hands-on experience in various window types including Nail Flange (with trim), Block Frame, Retro Fit/sloped sill, and Full-frame wood window replacements. The role requires strong knowledge of measuring, removal, prep, flashing, installation, and finish work. PSG was established in 2004 and has grown to over 170 employees across 9 states, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience through quality craftsmanship and professionalism. The company completes over 40,000 installations annually.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential window replacement
• EPA LRRP Certification
• Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work)
• Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check
• Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing PSG as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees
• Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations
