About The Position

This role is for leaders with the ability to listen and advance. The Window Installer will be responsible for effectively communicating field issues and areas of improvement, being on time every day, and helping and supporting team members. The position requires always following company safety guidelines and learning the AIM method through on-the-job training from day one. The installer will use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns, and must be able to climb high ladders and follow OSHA fall protection procedures. A key responsibility is lifting 50 pounds several times per day and working effectively in a team environment. Requirements

Clean driving records to drive company vehicles
High School Diploma, GED or prior knowledge of general construction and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required
Outlook software applications (emails)
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Good public relations, public speaking and customer service skills
Ability to read, interpret, understand and explain documents such as product specifications or warranty manuals and customer orders
Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, coworkers, and managers
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Appropriate attitude for the situation when interacting with customers or coworkers
Team player
Strong desire to learn and promote self-growth
