About The Position

The Window Installer position is for individuals who can demonstrate leadership qualities, effectively communicate field issues, and support team members. Key aspects of the role include adhering to company safety guidelines, learning the AIM method through on-the-job training, and being proficient with tools such as cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns. Installers must be capable of climbing high ladders, following OSHA fall protection procedures, and lifting up to 50 pounds multiple times daily. The role requires working collaboratively in a team environment, communicating professionally with customers, and managing their expectations. The company seeks individuals eager to grow with a rapidly expanding organization. A clean driving record is essential for operating company vehicles, and candidates must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Clean driving records to drive company vehicles
