About The Position

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to join their team. This role involves installing home remodeling products according to company standards, applying finish work, communicating with management and homeowners for satisfaction and payment authorization, and completing job checklists. The installer must treat homeowners and their property with respect. Requirements

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
• Established LLC or Business
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
