We are seeking a Window Installer Helper to join our team in Naples, FL. This role is essential for assisting lead installers in fitting storm shutters, impact windows, and related systems, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe installations. Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a related field
  • Active Driver’s License
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic measurements and instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of hurricane protection products, including carrying materials, holding and positioning products, and assisting in the setup and tear-down of work areas.
  • Safely load, unload, and move materials to the installation site, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and accounted for.
  • Follow the lead installer's instructions for proper installation, including measuring, cutting, drilling, and securing materials.
  • Adhere to all company and industry safety guidelines and wear appropriate safety gear.
  • Assist in preparing job sites for installation and cleaning up after completion, removing debris and ensuring a clean and safe site.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and report any issues or defects to the lead installer.
  • Interact professionally with customers if required, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Continuously learn about new products, installation techniques, and safety practices, attending training sessions as required.
