About The Position
Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking highly skilled Window and Door Installation Subcontractors. They are looking for crews of at least two individuals with a proven track record of superior workmanship. The company values individuals who are proud of their work and dedicated to working with individual homeowners, going the extra mile when necessary. Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of the 120+ year-old Andersen Corporation, aiming to redefine the industry and offer a better window-replacement experience. Esler Companies is the holding company for Renewal by Andersen in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma, North Texas, Central Texas, Greater Philadelphia, Southern New England, and Portland, Maine.
Requirements
- A proven track record of superior workmanship with a strong focus on customer service
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
- Own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (job materials provided by company)
- General Liability Insurance - $1 Million Each Occurrence
- Automobile Insurance
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
- Valid US driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 4 years of window installation OR construction remodeling experience
