About The Position
Renuity is seeking experienced Window Installer Contractors to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor role with the potential to earn up to $250,000 annually. Requirements
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential replacement windows, impact windows, stucco patch work, caulking
- Established LLC or Business running under EIN
- Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance (state exemption)
- Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle van, or enclosed trailer (must haul material to job site)
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
