About The Position
Infinity Replacement is seeking experienced 1099 Sub-contractors for window and door installation. This role offers the potential for high earnings, flexible scheduling, and year-round work. Infinity Replacement provides premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation services directly to consumers. Sub-contractors will receive detailed install packets, and Infinity covers material costs and dump fees. Certified training is available for qualified candidates, and job minimums ensure fair pay. Labor rates are designed to meet or exceed industry standards for quality work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience.
- Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites.
- Ownership of tools.
- Detail-oriented trim expertise (break work, capping, caulking).
- Ability to hire employees for job execution.
- Provide references for previous work.
- Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker’s Compensation.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors.
- Transport windows and doors from the warehouse to job sites.
- Execute jobs with detail-oriented trim expertise, including break work, capping, and caulking.
- Hire employees for job execution if necessary.
