Requirements

Previous experience with replacement window and door installation or service required
Ability to bend metal required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and procedures
Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments effectively

Responsibilities

Perform service and repair work on replacement windows and doors
Diagnose and resolve product and installation-related issues
Replace sashes, hardware, and other components as needed
Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction
Maintain a strong understanding of Window World products, installation methods, and service procedures
Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners
Complete service appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
