About The Position

Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring both Entry-Level and Experienced Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll install windows and doors in newly constructed homes while learning valuable, hands-on skills. No experience? No problem. We provide paid, on-the-job training and the support you need to develop into a skilled installer. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new trade.
Team player who communicates well and supports others.
Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times per day.
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders required).
Commitment to following safety guidelines, including OSHA fall protection.
Positive attitude and desire to grow with a fast-growing company.
Construction: 1 year (Required).
Driver License (Required).
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (Required).
Ability to Commute: Austin, TX 78754 (Required).
Ability to Relocate: Austin, TX 78754: Relocate before starting work (Required).

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction or home building.
Familiarity with windows or doors installation.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced installers to install windows and doors in new construction homes.
Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns (training provided).
Lift, carry, and position materials, including heavy windows and doors.
Climb ladders and work at heights while following safety procedures.
Support your team with hands-on labor and problem-solving on job sites.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
