About The Position

Infinity Replacement is seeking experienced 1099 Sub-contractors for window and door installation. This role offers high earning potential, flexible scheduling, and year-round work. Infinity Replacement provides premium fiberglass products and handles the direct-to-consumer sales process, allowing installers to focus on professional installation. Installers will receive detailed job packets and can expect 3-4 jobs per week. Infinity covers material costs and dump fees. Certified training is available for qualified candidates, and job minimums ensure fair pay. Labor rates are competitive and designed to reward top-quality work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience.
• Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites.
• Detail-oriented trim expertise (break work, capping, caulking).
• Ability to hire sufficient help for job execution.
• Provide references for previous work.
• Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker’s Compensation.

Nice To Haves

• Ownership of tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors.
