About The Position

Legacy Restoration is seeking a full-time Window Department Production Manager to join our team in Plymouth, MN, serving the Chicago area. This role is crucial for driving success for the company and its customers by ensuring day-to-day excellence and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is attentive, quality-driven, and growth-focused, with experience in windows and restoration services, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and evenings as needed.
  • Experience with windows and restoration services.
  • Leadership experience and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high-performing culture and ensure all activities align with company purpose, values, vision, and SOPs.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with job supervisors, installation teams, and technicians.
  • Assist the director of windows with hiring, recruiting, filtering, and interviewing candidates.
  • Set clear performance, salary, incentives, and benefits expectations for new hires.
  • Coordinate with HR for onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and WAVE/PI testing.
  • Attend and lead LLDMT groups and table groups.
  • Create and maintain department best practices.
  • Train staff on company expectations, lead weekly team meetings, and inspire them to complete exceptional work.
  • Schedule 1:1s and weekly production meetings to support team growth.
  • Recognize employee achievements.
  • Encourage collaboration and cooperation throughout the day.
  • Oversee company vehicle usage, maintenance, and driving patterns.
  • Verify window orders for accuracy.
  • Oversee project builds and coordinate all aspects of the job from beginning to end.
  • Order materials, maintain inventory, and manage staffing levels to support project efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor AJOT for accuracy and revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor pipelines to ensure jobs are moving along and deadlines are met.
  • Solve problems and make adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor emergency calls.
  • Work directly with sales reps to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Maintain open communication and positive relationships between sales and production teams.
  • Train reps on production processes and decision-making.
  • Attend required sales meetings.
  • Continuously learn sales processes and procedures.
