What You'll Get $17/hour starting pay with advancement to $18/hour typically within 60-90 days as you complete training and develop your skills Customer tips + opportunities for performance bonuses Paid vacation and paid holidays Paid, hands-on training Monday-Friday schedule with occasional voluntary Saturday opportunities Company vehicles, equipment, and Shine gear provided Opportunities for advancement into Crew Leader, Trainer, Sales, and Operations roles A positive, team-focused work environment where we work hard and have FUN What a Typical Day Looks Like Your day starts at our Shine office at 7:30 AM with a quick team meeting. From there, you'll head out with a teammate in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes and businesses. You'll learn to perform a variety of services throughout the year, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and professional holiday light installation , while providing a great experience for our customers. Most days wrap up around 4:00 PM , although finish times vary depending on the day's schedule. Our goal is generally to have everyone back by 5:00 PM. You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
