Window Cleaning Tech No Experience Needed

Fish Window Cleaning of Alabaster•Pelham, AL

About The Position

Tired of staring at a screen all day? How about making other people's windows sparkle instead? We're a growing window cleaning crew taking care of homes and businesses all over Birmingham, and we're adding 1–2 new teammates to the field. No experience? No problem! We'll train you on everything. What we can't teach is showing up on time with a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. Bring that, and we'll handle the rest. And no, you won't be living on a ladder. Most days you won't touch one at all! Here's the honest truth: we care more about who you are than what's on your resume. Our team is a bunch of good-natured, hardworking people who like to have fun. We joke around, we've got each other's backs, and nobody takes themselves too seriously. If you're kind, positive, and a little goofy, you'll fit right in. Skills can be taught. A good attitude can't.

Requirements

18 or older
A valid driver's license and a decent driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day
Comfortable on a ladder for the occasional job (it's not an everyday thing, usually just a couple times a week)
Weather-ready: this is outdoor work through all the normal seasons
Dependability. We count on each other!
A good attitude and a good heart. Seriously, this matters most to us!

Responsibilities

Hop in the company vehicle and head out to local jobs around town

Most of your work happens with both feet on the ground. Ladders come out only a couple of times a week, and we'll train you to use them safely.
