About The Position

Window Hero Atlanta is a premier, fast-growing exterior property services company specializing in top-tier window cleaning, gutter maintenance, pressure washing, and soft washing across the metro area. We treat our team like professionals, work hard, and heavily reward high performance. We are looking for motivated, reliable Field Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be handling full-scale residential and commercial exterior maintenance. Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or gutter care is highly preferred and will put you at the top of our list, but it is not strictly required. If you have a killer work ethic and a knack for hands-on problem-solving, we provide full, paid training on our specific equipment, safety standards, and routing.

Requirements

Ability to handle physical outdoor work in various weather conditions, move equipment, and comfortably handle ladders up to 32 feet.
Reliability and punctuality.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Detail-oriented and coachable.

Nice To Haves

Professional background in exterior cleaning, roofing, landscaping, or construction is a major plus.
Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or gutter care.

Responsibilities

Provide flawless interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
Operate commercial-grade pressure washers and specialized soft-wash systems to safely clean siding, roofs, driveways, and decks.
Clear, flush, and inspect gutter systems safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean, organized trucks and ensure all specialized tools (ladders, pumps, hoses) are properly cared for.
Represent Window Hero Atlanta professionally on-site, communicating clearly with property owners and ensuring total job satisfaction.
