About The Position

This position is for a Window Cleaning / Pressure Wash Technician. The role involves meeting daily at Shine HQ to plan the day, traveling in company vehicles to customer homes or businesses to perform window cleaning and pressure washing services, and engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction. The day concludes back at the Shine office for recap and preparation. While paid training is provided for other services, current applicants are required to have experience in window cleaning. The company provides free uniforms, all necessary equipment, and company vehicles for project travel. The culture is team-focused with opportunities for independent work.

Requirements

Experience in window cleaning
Must like to work with people
Must have reliable transportation to come for work, and occasionally to a project
Must have a clean record
Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds
Must not be afraid of heights
Ability to perform ladder work
Must like to work outside

Responsibilities

Meet at Shine HQ each morning to understand the day’s game plan
Arrive at job sites in company vehicles to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services
Engage with customers before and after work is complete to ensure expectations are met
End the day back at the Shine office to recap the day and prepare for tomorrow
