Requirements

Comfort and confidence working at heights (up to and including high-rise)
Strong physical ability: lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing
Detail-oriented with a pride in leaving windows streak-free and crystal clear
Ability to work independently and take initiative while staying team-focused
Must be 18 or older
Possess a valid driver’s license for travel to job sites

Responsibilities

Clean exterior and interior windows at various heights using squeegees, brushes, lifts, cradles, and ladders
Work on commercial buildings, including low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise structures
Follow strict safety protocols and use harnesses, ropes, and PPE properly
Use your knowledge of cleaning agents, chemical safety, and tool handling to ensure top-tier results
Report any supply needs, equipment concerns, or site hazards to your supervisor
Assist with emergency or non-routine cleaning work as assigned
