Requirements

• Must be comfortable working at heights up to three storeys
• Full-time availability required - this role is not suitable for students
• Must be able to provide a reference from a previous employer
• Reliability and a strong work ethic are most important.

Nice To Haves

• A background in labour, construction, or maintenance is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning windows and gutters as part of a tight-knit crew
• Pressure washing residential homes
• Working on ladders and outdoors in all weather
• Deck painting and staining (summer months)
• Solving problems on the go and taking pride in the finished result
