About The Position

Clean Team is looking for a Full Time Window Cleaner to join their team. This position is part of the essential workforce and focuses on providing excellent service to customers. The role involves cleaning interior and exterior commercial glass on high-rise and low-rise buildings, assembling and disassembling scaffolding, and working outdoors in all weather conditions year-round. The job requires working at heights using ladders, aerial lifts, and other equipment, as well as working collaboratively with a team and adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

2+ years of window cleaning experience
Clean driving record
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation
Ability to bend, lift, pull push and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc.

Responsibilities

Clean interior and exterior commercial glass using industry standard techniques and equipment
Clean windows on high-rise and low-rise buildings
Assemble and disassemble scaffolding as needed
Lift, move, push and pull up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather, year round
Work at heights and climb ladder up to 32 feet, and work at additional heights with the use of aerial lifts and other height assist equipment
Working alongside a team
Follow safety regulations and enforce a strong safety culture with the team
Other duties as requested by the management team
