Window World is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our Youngstown team as a Field Measure Technician. Requirements

Strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail
Prior experience with replacement window and door installation preferred
Knowledge of installation techniques and basic construction practices
Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform precise field measurements for replacement windows, bay and bow windows, patio doors, entry doors, and storm doors
Verify project specifications and identify any installation considerations prior to ordering
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies
Complete all measurement documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Follow established standard operating procedures and quality standards
Communicate effectively with customers, installation teams, and office staff to ensure project success
Ensure all measurements and documentation support a smooth installation process and outstanding customer experience
