About The Position

With over 40 years in the home improvement industry, Sunbelt Home Solutions is among the highest rated window and door companies in Florida. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service oriented, and skilled professional to join our production team as a Measure Tech and Service Tech.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE WINDOW AND DOOR EXPERIENCE
• Experience accepted: Window and Door installation, service tech, residential remodeling, carpentry/trim, construction, and knowledge and/or willingness to learn new skills in replacement of windows and doors.
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
• Proficient in customer service
• English (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Saint Petersburg, FL 33716 (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure all projects as required
• Review contracts and full scope of work for projects
• Complete Window & Tex-cote Order Forms
• Complete any contract change addendums
• Collections as required
• Meeting inspectors for final as required
• Replace sashes, adjust windows/doors & glazing glass.
