Requirements

Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar.
Experience working with a metal brake and power tools.
A proven track record of superior craftsmanship.
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project.
Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day.
Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
Exterior and Interior finish work on all products.
Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
