About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Window & Door Installers to join our team as 1099 subcontractors. Requirements

• Proven experience in residential window and door installation (retrofit and/or new construction)
• English fluency is required ; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred
• Must operate under a registered LLC or business entity
• Must be willing to work North Port to Marco Island
• Must carry:
• General liability insurance with a $1,000,000 minimum policy
• Full workers’ compensation insurance coverage
• Valid auto insurance
• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
• High attention to detail and commitment to top-tier workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights
• Professional demeanor and strong time management skills

Responsibilities

• Install impact-rated and energy-efficient windows and doors in accordance with manufacturer specs and local codes
• Review work orders, job scope, and schedules with project managers prior to starting each job
• Collaborate closely with project managers and operations to ensure accurate and timely project execution
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times
• Obtain signed addendums from homeowners when project changes occur
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations, company procedures, and EPA lead-safe practices
• Complete projects to Sunbelt’s high-quality standards and ensure all work passes final inspections
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and internal teams
• Document work with photos and project notes as required
