About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Window and Door Installer (1099) to join their team. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.
• Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
• Must provide enclosed trailer or truck equipped to transport windows along with a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations.
• Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership.
• Must be fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Must have EPA/Lead certification.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty and lift up to 90 lbs. without help.
• High degree of organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential windows and doors.
• Perform window and door installations using provided tools and equipment.
• Transport windows and materials using an enclosed trailer or truck.
• Complete installations efficiently and professionally.
