Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in window and door installation
Experience using a metal brake (required)
Strong understanding of residential construction practices
Proven ability to lead a crew or take initiative on job sites
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a crew on residential window and door installation projects
Complete installations to company standards with a focus on quality and efficiency
Operate a brake for aluminum trim and finishing work
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
Communicate professionally with homeowners to deliver a positive customer experience
Monitor material usage and minimize waste
Train and support junior installers as needed
