About The Position

Nesco is seeking Winder Packers for a manufacturing company in Grove City, Ohio, specializing in butyl adhesives. This hands-on warehouse position in a manufacturing setting involves working with materials that can exceed 150°F and lifting boxes weighing up to 85 pounds. The work may be repetitive, and temperatures in the warehouse vary frequently. Mechanical aptitude is highly beneficial, and standard tools are provided by the company.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with occasional Friday overtime. Benefits are offered upon full-time hire.

Requirements

• Fluent in English for safety and communication.
• Ability to work occasional overtime on Fridays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Safety-toed boots or shoes are required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort using standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion lines to wind, cut, pack, and stencil products.
• Verify the size, weight, and count of finished goods.
• Ensure consistent product quality and request weight checks when necessary.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, including weighing scrap paper and counting strip center cores.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Extrusion Manager.
• Use downtime to stencil and glue cartons when appropriate.
