About The Position

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Winder Operator! In this role, you'll operate and maintain winding machines, monitor production, perform quality checks, troubleshoot equipment, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor winding machines.
• Perform machine changeovers and quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns as needed.
• Load raw materials and move finished products to the warehouse.
• Complete production reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with training new team members.
