About The Position
The Winder Operator C is responsible for following established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria. This role requires consistent, dependable attendance and a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours. The operator must be capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Good communication skills
- Operator experience
- Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside regular schedule as required.
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Packer experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Verify if product is of quality to pack.
- Assist extrusion operator.
- Start up.
- Chill Roll Cleaning.
- Performed Thread Up.
- Screen changes.
- Adjust core alignment.
- Blade adjustments.
- Die cleaning.
- Popping trim.
- Housekeeping.
- Wrap up removal pressure roll.
- Pack finish goods to correct procedure.
- Wrap up removal idle rollers.
- Packing material over 5’.
- Hand tools.
- Machine knowledge.
- Boxing, accounting and weighing of scrap.
- Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside regular schedule as required.
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
