About the job you’re considering We are looking for a highly experienced Windchill professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of PLM solutions across a variety of industries. This role combines strategic architectural thinking with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-quality implementations that align with client business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership.
  • Deep expertise in PTC Windchill products including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
  • Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
  • Familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing remote teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across multiple modules and business domains.
  • Manage configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet client-specific needs.
  • Oversee data migration and transformation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines.
